I'm Shyanne Gates, the proud founder of PacificGate Beaucerons. Since 2010, I've been passionately committed to preserving and advancing the Beauceron breed through ethical breeding practices, and competitive dog sports.

At PacificGate Beaucerons, my foremost priority is conducting breed-specific health and temperment testing. This meticulous approach ensures that each Beauceron I breed is in optimal health, adhering to the breed's standards and maintaining their integrity.

My involvement stretches far beyond conformation dog shows. I'm an avid enthusiast of various dog sports such as agility, obedience, rally, and herding, all of which showcase the remarkable versatility and skills of the Beauceron breed. These activities not only highlight their capabilities but also promote an active and engaging lifestyle for my dogs. While great working dogs, Beaucerons excel at being family dogs. There is no shortage of cuddles on the couch on a rainy Washington day. I strive to breed dogs that have a level temperament that make them enjoyable home companions as well as ready to work. 

With my background as a licensed veterinary technician, I leverage my deep understanding of canine health and care to make informed decisions for the well-being of my dogs. This expertise is instrumental in ensuring that each Beauceron at PacificGate is not only physically sound but also thriving.
